ANGLICAN RETIREMENT VILLAGES - WARRIEWOOD SITE BRANDING

Background

Anglican Retirement Village provides care and service that promotes well being and enriches the lives of older people.

Committed to quality care and services for older people, in a manner consistent with Christian values, The Anglican Retirement Village (ARV) continue to ‘create communities of Christian care’, integrating elements of Christian faith into everything they do.

ARV has steadily developed and grown since its inception and now provides a wide choice of accommodation and service options to over 6000 residents and clients. ARV owns and manages 22 Seniors Living operations and has two major projects under construction, with more in planning and development across the greater Sydney region.

Challenge

To utilise the current fencing surrounding the site as an advertising medium, to attract potential clients and prospects, whilst concealing the construction works.

It was also vital to ensure the construction site maintained a visually pleasing exterior, acceptable to both the general public as well as the Anglican Retirement Village residents.

Strategy

Scaffad Australia worked closely with the Anglican Retirement Village to develop a tailored outdoor marketing solution, from concept to completion.

Included in this were site visits/ assessments - to gauge demographics and traffic to the area - graphic design, as well as banner production and installation.

Results

Scaffad’s outdoor communication solution effectively allowed the Anglican Retirement Village to showcase their development, whilst capitalising on the area’s advertising potential.

The Scaffad banners significantly improved the look and feel of the ARV site, allowing management to inform, educate and influence potential customers, regarding upcoming facilities and services.
