Challenge
RCC faced a challenge at one of our prominent building sites “The Bondi” Apartments. Located on the busy beachfront location on Campbell Parade we wanted to get as much exposure as possible during the summer holidays. We called SCAFFAD to help us with a solution as this building was not your typical residential design.
The problems we faced were:
1. The front of the building doesn’t feature any balconies therefore we were unable to display banners
2. hanging banners from the anchor points on the roof could have possibly damaged the façade
3. We were unable to use the windows of the apartments to feature our branding as some units were still to be sold and we couldn’t obstruct the view
4. Very high wind zone
5. We did not have site fences on site as the ground floor is used by retailers
6. We had to have a sign up 1.5 weeks before Christmas (busiest time of year) – very tight turnaround period

Adrian assured me I had nothing to worry about and that I could count on him. He was right. Adrian had the sign completed and rectified with days to spare.
Results
The SCAFFAD team produced an excellent quality sign which exceeded my expectations. We were able to feature our brand in of the busiest parts of
